The process took much too long. We were without our vehicle for 9 days for what should have been a 3-4 day repair. The service rep, however did his best to keep communication with us.

The one small area which we wanted fixed and painted was not done properly. We were surprised that it wasn’t checked before we tried to pick up the car. However, we were happy not to drive over again to pick up the car since one of the associates drove the car to our home and returned the rental car.
