I was happy with Hendricks but not happy with USAA. Had to pay extra for a rental car

I am definitely pleased with the service I received. The collision center technician who assisted me throughout the process of repairing my vehicle was very professional. He explained the process, kept me up to date with daily reports, and met me when I arrived to pick up my vehicle. I can’t say enough about his professionalism! He truly represented Honda in an exemplary manner. Be assured that because of my experience with him, I will always be a Hendrick’s customer!! Thanks!!

Very professional and friendly through the whole process. I was also quite impressed with the speed and quality of the repair.

The only complaint that I have is that I was never communicated the progress of the vehicle. I actually had to hear from Enterprise that the repairs were taking longer. I just recommend updating clients on progress early and often.

The communication that I received during the whole process was incredibly beneficial. I appreciated every bit of it. Please continue providing updates with the individuals to whom you provide service. However, the information given to me, whether via text, email, or phone call, did not correspond. I was originally notified, through e-mail, my vehicle would be available for pick-up 5 days later; to which three texts therein recommended me to refer to the email I received for more information about the whole procedure. Two days pass and I receive an update, by phone call, while at work, expressing the vehicle was needed to be retrieved less than 3 hours later. While I appreciate the brevity for the reparation process, the demand for my return so abruptly was unnecessary. On return, after leaving early from work, I was received with genuine positivity as received the entire time being in contact; again greatly appreciated. Paperwork was signed, keys were exchanged, and off I went. Upon reentry to the vehicle, there was, and still remains, a very strong and somewhat nauseating odor, of which I’m still uncertain; maybe some sort of cleaning agent. Understanding my vehicle was ready, meant that it was ready to return to my daily routines. I would have appreciated every aspect of your service, had that foul smell had a day or two to dissipate before returning. Again your crew, has been a treat to work with, but a few notions to consider on the growth of your committed service to the customer. Thank you.
