I was extremely disappointed with the lack of communication. My car was at your collision center for almost a month and I never received a call. I had to call the night before I picked up my car to see if I had to plan on taking time from work for the pick, and I was told by your front desk to call back when my advisor was around. When your clients are in rental cars and have to schedule time to come to your location, it is a courtesy to at least help them plan how to get the rental returned on time. I was also very upset that anytime I call to ask questions, i'd be told to call back when my advisor was available. It shows that there is much room for improvement with the management of the shop if only one person can get me information on my vehicle. Also, I did not appreciate getting vague emails with "updates". I would expect more from than the equivalent of a text message when it comes to the status of repairs to my car.
