They did a great job. Thettra is very nice and helpful. Tyler was my go to person. He would update me every few days. The only problem you have is space. There is NO PARKING PLACES. It is a wonder you don't have fender benders there.

I am upset that I had to return to address issues with the repairs. There was an issue with the sensors, the rear driver side door and I was not informed on pickup that my rear LED light was replaced with a reflector light. I noticed the spoiler didn't match the color of the rest of the car and was told it wasn't damaged and had been removed when they painted the car. I am baffled as to why you would paint the entire rear of the car and not paint the spoiler. I left disappointed and irritated.
I called back, spoke to the receptionist and asked to speak to the manager only to find out, Brandon is the manager. She told me to call my insurance adjuster. I feel let down. I feel that my car should have been repaired properly and these issues should have been caught during the final inspection.
Brandon told me the sensor light that was on had to do with a low battery but when I looked it up online it referenced the aurbags. I am not sure my car is safe to drive.

Tyler reassured me from the day I had it towed in that it would be repaired to Honda’s standards. I was so glad I had it transferred from the original place where the adjuster did his inspection. I didn’t mind the extra time it took because I knew the supplemental claim would only make sure the car was right. (the adjuster originally estimated 3 days, which sounded ridiculous anyway)
