Job done on my car was fantastic. I have ignored your multiple emails and texts because my name is not Deborah. It is Beverly. Even typed it into the computer when I dropped my car off, and, paid with a ccard “Beverly” - my given name. Unfortunately, a front desk gal somehow thought my name was Deborah and that got into your system - likely forever.
If I have learned anything in working with the public in my world it is that getting the customer’s name right matters. A lot.
