The service I received was great from start to finish. The staff was friendly and the work that I received on my truck was excellent. The only small issue was a bit of a long wait when I first arrived to have my truck inspected however Mat in Claims and Hendricks staff came through again. As a USAA member we have come to expect great work and I am always pleased with the services received.

Rick Hendrick dealers, specifically Buick and the Collision Center have always been my preferred choice for service. I lived in Duluth years ago and loved the service. I relocated to Decatur and still drive to Duluth because the service is unmatched. My car wouldn't start after the accident and the service engine light kept coming on. For a repair shop, it's odd to see good customer service as part of your service model. Most repair shops just want to charge whatever they can with the least amount of service. I can tell that you require your staff to deliver service and they take it serious. I've had to use you guys three times now and each time it's been great. Matt Paolini has been my rep each time and he's delivered the goods and took care of us. You guys are good folks.
