Matt did a great job of coordinating the repairs (ordering parts, etc. beforehand), the team did a great job with the repairs and Matt did a great job with following up on additional repairs and getting them completed on the seatbelt replacement.
He also coordinated getting the seatbelt code issue resolved. I feel that he did a great job and, while I hope to never have to have a car repair, from a wreck, again, I certainly would want him to handle things for me. Robert J
