From the time I walked into the center, I was treated with respect. Amy made me feel welcomed and was I greeted with a smile plus I didn't have to wait to me seen. I initially went in for just an estimate but because of how I was treated, I decided to trust them to repair my 4 month old 2018 Toyota Camry XLE. Kyle Watson and his team did such a great job on my car, I cannot even tell anything ever happened to it. I picked up my car yesterday afternoon, paid the deductible and left the collision center. When my husband got home he found that the paint on the hood has bubbles in it. There are several places that have bubbles. We need to please have someone take a look at them. Also the front grill has a spot that looks like a bubble. I noticed it when I picked the car up, but my husband would like this looked at as well. The seat belt on the rental car broke the last day I was to have it, so at 7:30 AM I went to see if I could pick up my car, which was in the cleaning stage and turn in the rental. I was not able to get my car, and was told it was very dirty and needed to be "detailed". I left in a different rental to go to work, then picked up my car around 4:00 PM. When I took a closer look with my husband my car is really not clean at all. If I was to get a 2nd rental for the "detail" work to be done, I think I would expect the car to be actually clean. Everyone has been super nice, and accommodating. I hate that the end result is so poor. Please let me know what my next steps are to resolve the paint issues, and how it will be taken care of with my insurance company (Farmers). This was a claim. Thank you so much!
