I came in to Ricky Hendrick with my Colorado with a minor rear end collision. I received an estimate from Mike A. and was made to get one from the insurance company. Of course the insurance company was drastically cheaper. I expected the quote I received to be fought for by my 20+ year dealer.it wasn't! When I purchased the Colorado, I had a hard bed cover installed it was installed square to the bed. Because "it can't be determined that the accident moved it it no longer is square.
To my eye the not replaced bumper is not straight. To top the cherry, I was assured that after the manager and insurance company was notified, I would be called back on what else would be done. No call Friday no call Monday. It is now my feeling, that I am either getting worked over by my 20+ year insurance company or the dealer that I have purchased my last 5 cars from! One my be losing my business!
