It was raining when I picked my car up and was not able to get a good look at the work, but my tail light had to be replaced. When I got home, I noticed the new tail light partially sticks out and does not fit like the other tail light. I will be calling Monday.

I wish that my car would have been taken on a further test drive to make sure everything was ok with it..I had to get an alignment done after it was repaired. I told Jarod that it was pulling to the right and wasn't doing it before the accident;I was told he would get one the guys to test drive it and if it needed it then he would submit it to the insurance; not sure if it was even done.Overall the Body shop did an excellent job on getting my car back to the way it was. Very impressed with the outcome of my vehicle. Happy to have it back. : )

The quality of the work is good, however the reason for my "no" is that I was contacted about 3 times giving me dates my car would be finished. I appreciate that they quality should be top notch, but would have preferred to be notified when it was titally completed. Deanne Shatley was a professional at each contact and she had no control if the quality was not up to par. I just would have preferred to be notified when the work was completed and not before.
