The automated texts were helpful in tracking the repairs to my vehicle. John and Chris were great to work with when I needed more details to make the trip from over two hours away to pick up my vehicle.
I was pleasantly surprised when I discovered there was an Enterprise Car Rental on site and I would be able to do a one way drop off. I cannot over express the convenience of this service.
We recently had a Carubba Collision open by our home in Hoeseheads, NY and based on this experience I would utilize their services (although I hope I do not need to). Everyone I worked with at the Oneonta location was tremendous and John is a wonderful customer service based ambassador for the brand.
By the way, the work that was completed looks great and I am pleased with my vehicle's performance on the long trip back home.
