Repair was good.. However, I was called that my car was ready to pick up on a Friday. But was not ready till four days later. I changed my plans waiting. Adding more gas use to the rental that I had to pay for. The thing is don't call me say my vehicle is ready when it's not!!

Overall I'm satisfied with the work perform on my vehicle, but your customer service leaves a lot to be desired. When we arrived to pick up our truck the receptionist was quick to help us and take our payment, it was when she paged the person that was helping us throughout this process, he never showed up to greet us and explain what was done to our truck or conduct a walk through. My wife and I waited outside for him and conducted our own inspection of the repairs. We were even blocked in for about 30 minutes by a vehicle transport unloading and still no one showed up. I even called a few times during this process and could never reach this person, do you all believe in voicemail. I've been a loyal Southway Ford Customer since 1996 when I purchase a Ford Explorer, if this is the way you treat loyal customers I would hate to see how first time customers are treated. We are greatly disappointed and hope this was a onetime occurrence and we were just the unlucky ones to experience this basic customer service skill.

I just noticed today, my automatic window up/down on the driver side door does not work now. The driver side door is the door that was serviced. I would like this addressed as soon as possible. Overall, what was supposed to be a four day job ended up taking ten business days. Lack of communication was evident, as no one called me throughout the process as promised, and the service ticket was not done right the first time. I went against my better judgement choosing Mac Haik over the dealership.
