Yes I was completely satisfied with the service and the follow ups. I ran into an issue with the completion of my truck but Cain who works there was very polite and went over and beyond to satisfy me with the issue. He was by far the best employee I have came across when it comes to customer satisfaction. Definitely would recommend Haik to anybody who needs their vehicle repaired.

When I picked up my vehicle someone from the repair shop either broke my trunk light or removed it. Had to nice argue to get it replaced for about 10 minutes. Then the damage to my right back bumper was off track. Again nice argued to have it readjusted. Besides all that they had it repaired fast and kept me up dated. Since I have lost trust in them I will be getting a second opinion if my repairs where done correctly.
