The repair job was great. The people were nice. My only complaint is that I did not know when it would be finished until I received a call atten to two in the afternoon saying it was ready to be picked up. I was 45 miles away, with snow on the ground and could not get back in time to return the rental car, get a ride to the body shop, and get my car back before the shop closed. If I had been paying for the rental car, this would have cost me an additional day. Need better notice of when car will be finished.

3 weeks late on getting my truck back. Not once did I get a call explaining why, I had to call several times to see when it was gonna be ready. Still didn’t receive everything I was told I would. Then went to pick up my truck and the manager wasn’t done with the paper work but yet stood there and talked for 10 minutes while I waited. Completely unsatisfied
