I received an email from you, saying that my car would be ready by 6:00 pm on Friday, so I planned for that time. I called on Friday afternoon, just to be sure I could pick up the car as planned. I was told it would not be ready until noon on Monday. If I had not taken the trouble to call I would not have been aware of the delay. On Monday morning I called to make sure I could pick it up at noon. I was told it would not be ready until 3:00 on Tuesday. Again, if I had not been the one to call and check I would not have known there would be a delay. On Tuesday I called, and after 10 minutes on hold was told that i could pick it up at 3:00. The staff was always very nice when i called, but it was always me that had to do the follow-up. Shouldn't that be you? These delays cost me, not the insurance company, me, an extra $200 in rental car fees. If I'd been told on Friday that the car would not be ready until Tuesday i would have made alternative, lower cost arrangements. No, I am not satisfied.

From start to finish, the entire experience was top notch. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly, helpful and extremely professional. The process could not have been easier and the repair was completed in a very timely manner. Thank you for the excellent service!

Thorough & honest. Updates on a daily basis. A warentee of their work like none I have ever gotten anywhere before. I will be certain to refer their services to others, as well. Thank you!

You may want to look at changing the email notification process for updates. It was not very effective or correct. Maybe look into having an actual person send out email updates

Denise was very helpful, thorough, and courteous. We were kept informed of the progress of the repairs. The finished repairs look great.
