I found that the employees working at Ferman were highly unprofessional. After a four day delay, I called to confirm my car's pick-up time. As I was arriving to the body shop (an hour after the time I had been told my car would be ready), I received a call that my car was not yet complete. I explained my frustration to the representative due to the hardship it put on me to make arrangements to pick up my vehicle. I explained that I needed a firm pick up date and time. She assured me that my vehicle would be ready the next day. I then got a call the following day stating that my vehicle would not be ready, despite having been assured it would be. I was then told I would receive a call to let me know the new date for pick up. I received no call for five days. In fact, I had to initiate the call to Ferman to get an update on my vehicle.
Though it is a feeling I have and nothing I have pursued to prove, I also believe that I was lied to throughout the process in order for employees to cover their customer service errors.
My experience with Ferman was awful.

The staff were all so helpful and friendly ! The service was impeccable. I am 8 months pregnant so it was very convenient to have the assessment, repair, and rental car all in one place. It made my life so easy! I was so pleased to see my car was also washed and cleaned inside and out! What a nice surprise! I am very satisfied and happy with all aspects of my service!

Ashley was amazing!!! She kept us informed the entire process long. I really appreciated all the text messages and not having to waste anyone's time on the phone, but when I did need a person Ashley was always readily available!!! Thank so much!!!!! Great facility and an awesome repair job. The car looks amazing!!!! Hopefully we won't have too, but if we ever need repairs again we will always ask our insurance company to use Ferman Collision in Lutz!!!!

I brought my car in to your center for a quote. I had the damage evaluated with insurance agent. To feel comfortable leaving my car there, I requested a walk through of the facility to give me piece of mind. I was accompanied through the shop and explained and saw the entire process. I decided to leave my new car for a damaged roof and bumper from a huge flying rock! Left my car Monday morning, was treated very courteous . Picked up my rental car at same place , which was so easy . I received texts several times through the day and just two
days later, received the word my car was ready. Looks great. Nice work. I'd recommend this facility without reservation!!
