My 3rd experience with your fine company. My last two Mazda 3s were repaired at Ferman's collision on Florida Ave. You lived up to their wonderful service and standards.
The only comlaint I have is that, once again, Enterprise failed my request (for the 3rd time in a row) to provide my perfectly reasonable requested rental of a Canary yellow Bugatti Chiron. Instead, I was presented a 2018 silver Chevrolet Impala!
I ask you: is it soooo impossible to fulfill such a simple request?
Other than that small annoyance, you guys are the best and I will post on FB my satisfaction and recommendations.

Theresa was very bad with communication and I asked to be texted and that never happened she told me my car was going to be ready but then never called to say when?? She told me that it needed to be aligned and them a strut needed to be replaced. Then when I went to review the bill they said none of that was relevant?? She apparently was talking about another vehicle? It was so ridiculous! I will never go to Ferman for collisio n. The only thing good was the manager Scott took care of these issues for me as there were other issues I just don't have time to write!

The experience warrants a much more descriptive word than satisfied. From the time I walked in and was greeted by Patty, who had no idea I was coming in. I work in the area and live 26 miles north. The fact that I didn’t have a set appointment did concern her and it made me feel welcomed right away. She made the proper phone calls within the office and immediately started on working on my case, while multitasking with coworkers, phones, other clients. Stacey came out with the most calming voice and smile. Can’t count the times she assured me they take care of everything. She was so patient with me. She even pointed out a dent on my roof that had nothing to do with this incident. She too went above and beyond what customer service is in this day and age. I felt like I was back in the days of someone pumping your gas, smiling while they were cleaning your windshield. Yes, I am 62...those were the days of customer service. Okay Ferman I am not finished , continue being proud! Out walks ****,aka Coach Tom. I reach out and he too shakes with a smile. Oh my goodness I’m not in some kind of The Twilight Zone. **** eases all my concerns and reassures me repair, rental car and completion will be a good experience. Did you notice I am remembering their names and even an aka. I’m known as Post-it queen by family and friends. I did not write their names down because of the picture perfect experience I had. I left feeling... are you ready Ferman for this rating? There is not a number for this kind of service. I left thinking of your 3 employees as new friends. Maybe we can have a car incident get together and share how we could have handled our cars and self while we were in the midst of having the accident? I’d attend only if my new Ferman Friends were attending. Thank you, Susan K
