The quality of repair service was fine but office staff was not what I consider customer friendly and not well trained.
****. Adjusters should be able to inspect damage and be able to determine final repair cost.
2. Only one person available to finalize paperwork before releasing a vehicle???
3. One of the staff spent 90% of her time texting while I was there.
Not very efficient, not well managed!
