Your collision department went beyond friendly service. I broke my neck and have been in a neck brace for two months with 2 more to go. I can’t drive, bend, look down. The department handled all matters and payments over the phone. I was so grateful, I can’t thank this business enough. My GMC looked like it came off the showroom. Brand new! The repair was perfect.

Repair work was great. Service follow up was awful. I got about 5 different dates and couldn’t plan accordingly with work. I was told I was one of 50 or so on an assembly line which didn’t exactly make me feel taken care of nor paid attention to. I was texted the day the car was ready on Friday 3.30 at 3pm saying it would be ready at 5pm and i was called and told the same thing. I was then texted 10 min later it was done could come pick it up at 315. I decided I’m just coming at ( this is ridiculous. Then today on Tuesday 4/3 I was texted how was my pick up today and I replied I picked it up last week. Too automated and u personalized and unreliable with time frames. Not Geico’s fault- repair shops fault.

Repair qualifies for a 10......well done. Repair time was Projected for 7 days, ending up being 11 days. While Ashley courteous and professional, communication via text message(s) was not as effective as I would expect e.g. did not receive call backs the next day, as stated. Repair quality excellent, communications / follow up lacking.

We are very satisfied especially the customer service rep.,Samantha. She was so great! You completed the work 10 days earlier than estimated and the work looks great! There is one downside to my experience and that was I found the Receptionist unfriendly, which is unfortunatel since she is the first person one sees... (I found this to be true 2 times I saw her-she couldn’t be haviing bad days both times....)) she made me want to grade you poorly but I found Samantha and Tom to be great!! The jeep pulls to the right - at high speeds it is all over the road. The door does not fit well, has gaps. The door clearly does not fit correctly. There was a dent on the inside panel that was missed. The team was very helpful, did a great job on keeping me up to date on the status.
