It was supposed to be a six day job, it took almost 3 weeks. One of my wheels is now chipped from the alignment, the door still grinds when you open it, it looks like they painted the car with the hood open because the entire engine bay is covered in paint dust, etc

My rear left turn signal started to fail, worked fine, and then burned out completely immediately after I picked up my car. We replaced the bulb about a year ago so I'm concerned there's an issue with the wiring after the bumper was repaired. Other than that, the car is great.

I was happy with the customer service but they told me they were replacing the front bumper because the clips were broken or glued. So when I pick it up they didn't replace it they just repaired over the flu. When we drove it one day everything moved! It's not fixed as of yet! The people were very nice and I would recommend them as long as they make this right

I had to connect my headlamp assembly the next morning, it was left unplugged. Also, the battery died the next day and had a hard start when I picked it up. Upon calling, the adviser told me that they had to charge it before they pulled the car out., and that I should look into replacing it. I would have expected that to have been mentioned when I picked up the car so I could fix it, not the next morning when the battery is already dead. I had higher hopes for a job I from a brand new body shop.
