I was disappointed when I went to pick up my vehicle and it still had a dent in the bumper and the door had a loose lock rod or something similar. Had to wait an additional two days. The salesperson told me he would have to order another part...making it seem like it was my fault. he also said that he'd have to check his photos to see if that dent was there initially, basically insinuating we damaged it further after the estimate. I assured him I would check my photos as well!
When we picked it up the second time, all work was completed to our satisfaction.
