It was disappointing and a waste of time to show up to pick up my car and find that every time I turned right there was a loud very noticeable rubbing sound. I ended up leaving in the rental car I drove in with. There’s no way whoever test drove my car after the work was done wouldn’t have noticed the issue I’m talking about. It should have been figured out before I took the time to come to burian in rush hour traffic. Otherwise Mike has been easy to work with and apologized for this.

My only negative feedback would be the receptionist isn’t the kindest person. She could be a bit more friendly in person and on the phone.

Mike was so amazing, he kept me informed of the progress of my vechile, he let me know stop by step, of the procedure. He told me twice, that the work done was warranted for the entire time I owned the suv.He told me not to take the car in the car I was impressed with the car wash, that if I really needed it washed he would arrange it . Lower bumper has marks from crash, lower not evenly lined with upper bumper. Also driver door, makes a slight clicking sound upon opening. GEICO rep said to bring it back in for repair

Your automated texts regarding estimated completion time are wrong and misleading. On the 20th I received a text telling me my van would be completed on the 27th. Then I got a phone call on the 21st saying it would be completed on the 22nd. On the 22nd I got another text telling me it would be completed on the 27th. I almost rented a car for the Thanksgiving holiday thinking that this text was accurate. Luckily your service man called me and assured me it would be ready on the 22nd. Even still I got another text on the 22nd telling me it would be ready on the 27th. It would be nice if you could fix those automated texts to reflect the reality.
