I am very satisfied and pleased with the service and the communication with the front desk from the gentleman and the lady that was at the front desk whose names are Kelly and David they were so respectful and polite on their calls and everything that was going on with the vehicle while they had it in their possession working on it. Picked up van last night. Keys were supposed to be under floor mat . Cannot find them, altho van is push button ignition so I know they're in there somewhere. Calling repair shop today repeatedly, message comes on that you're open, then disconnects. I cannot lock my van, would love to know where my key is. Thanks.
