The vehicle was cleaner than when I left it. Also everyone that I spoke to at the shop showed great professionalism and courtesy. The initial damage was reviewed in person as was the repairs and even though it was cold and raining they went out with me while I opened and closed the repair on the rear end and hatch. All in all I would rate a ten out of ten and it was done quick compared to other service shops I have dealt with. Thank you
