John, Tom and Keisha were all very service minded and spent time with me to make me feel comfortable with my Tesla repair as I'm very particular about my Tessie. The repair was done in a quality manner with a good paint match. I also appreciated the ride back to my house and the discussion on pricing. I would advise though that the text message status updates be provided by the local service station as the corporate status I received was highly inaccurate... off by 3 days longer than was actually delivered!

I was completely unsatisfied with my experience at your repair shop. The work was unsatisfactory to say the least. I was also harassed by my insurance company because according to you, you had made every attempt to contact me to pick my vehicle up but I had ignored you. When I told you that I did not approve of the work that was done I was told “well maybe you can take it home and have your husband look at and see what he thinks.” There was work that as not done that should have been, when I pointed this out I was asked by the service manager if I told them. I told her that I had in fact I had pointed it out.

I tried to call your shop a few times and had phone issues. This continued to be an issue on Saturday when I arrived to pick up my jeep. The only guy in the shop couldn't move my jeep out of the bay because he COULDN'T FIND MY KEYS. But then he couldn't call anyone because phone and internet for the shop were both fragged and HE DOESN'T OWN A CELL PHONE. (Are you beginning to see some twisted sarcastic humor in this as I do?) I loaned him my phone so he could call someone about my keys and paperwork. Then we find out one of your technicians accidentally TOOK MY KEYS HOME. So we wait for him to bring the keys back. Then after the jeep gets moved out, your Saturday morning guy told me that there was a CHECK ENGINE LIGHT that was now ON. A light I've never seen before on this Jeep. Your guy said that he didn't have access to the computer BECAUSE ALL YOUR COMS WERE DOWN. He said that it "shouldn't be anything" but if I got to a dealer and they charged me for it that I should just bring the receipt back. That's how business is done now? "Flip a coin to see if the Jeep is finished"? ???? Immediately after leaving your shop, i went to Auto Zone to get the code read.
Auto Zone's scanner crapped out. The first one they used. I'm not kidding. They pulled out their expensive scanner and read the code. Cooling fan power-something. I drove home. The code cleared. It hasn't reappeared. Once I heard the fan kicking on just as I turned off the engine and it ran for a few seconds before shutting down.
I thank you again for installing the fender flare. It's good to have my girl whole again. Between the shop issues and the fender flare, consider us even. ???? that was my second deer. I barely missed a third the night before I picked up my jeep, in the rental jeep. And mom and two kids decided to walk out on me this morning. No ****. I swear I'm cursed.
Your people did an excellent job on my jeep. It looks great. Thanks again!
