Excellent service and follow up by the service department despite 2 days when your phone system went down and John was unable to communicate with me on a timely basis. Work was finished a week before the estimated time. I want to commend Keisha Nix on her efficiency and follow up. I never spoke to the Geico estimator to review the estimate; it just appeared in the mobile app. I would have appreciated a conversation. Otherwise, I am happy with the repairs.

Missing 2 bolts, clamp to radiator hose is missing, ac does not blow cold air like it use to and it kicks the engine down low and it has never done that plus engine light is staying on.
