EVERYONE I interfaced with was a 10. Clear, Helpful , calming, kind , explained the details I’d need to have. Communication was exemplary! I knew each day when my car would be ready and where it was in the process. Ben and Alita (spelling? ) were the best and the presentation when I went to pickup my car gave me a brilliant walk-through of what had been done. My car looked brand new - outside AND in!!!
