Hagop Ajemyan, the service advisor at the Atwater Village location, did an amazing job getting me my vehicle on time and as soon as possible. I understood that the process was lengthy and strenuous but he did his best and came through. The service, attitude, and initiative displayed by him was the best I've ever received. I would gladly recommend people to use Service King and I know if anything happens to my vehicle, god forbid, I would go directly back to this location and request Hagop.
