Overall, I had a great experience. Ruben was very friendly and he and his team were able to do the repair work in a timely manner.
Jeff was very kind to take my car in when the shop was so busy. I greatly appreciated it.
My only critique was the lack of returned calls when I tried to get a simple status update on the supplemental insurance payment. I would have felt more at ease if I had received a callback to say we are still on track.
