It was tough getting an appointment, but the results are fantastic. I liked the text updates. Our van was so clean when we got it back, also. Looks like new.

Overall very satisfied. I have to bring back to buff out some ripples. Asked to repair dent not related to main damage repair and was not done. Steven was very professional and said he would take care of necessary follow ups at my convenience.

Per our agreement the clear "bumper cover " "Bra" has not been installed ! Waiting for non rainy days To cure paint before installation" I was told to call ahead and arraignments would be made for installation

No I was not satisfied, there were several issues with my vehicle upon pick up. I had finger prints all over the outer body, even though I was told that I needed to pick up around 4p, so the vehicle can be waxed and buffed. I had white, dried wax on the interior of my hood where the vents are. Although the trunk only had dent repairs done, it was obvious there had been no wax or buffing applied. I was told upon arrival that due to the power wash on the vehicle, my back driver side rim lost the Mercedes symbol and I was handed the piece as if it was no big deal without offerring to replace the piece until I said something. When I opened the driver side door, I noticed that electrical panel for the seat was dangling by the wires. Although I acknowledge that a piece of the panel was chipped when I dropped the car off, I explained that the panel was not completely broke the way it was when I arrived. Additionally, when I looked up at the inside roof of the car, I noticed that the cap to my sunroof panel was missing. I could literally see the inside mechanism that allows you remove the roof off the car. To make matters worst there was black dirty oily fingerprints all over my gray interior roof. After expressing my dissatisfaction with the general manager Steve, he agreed to fix all the problems and agreed to pay half the cost for the electrical panel door the seat. I told Steve if he were able to keep his word, give me a loaner vehicle (since my rental car has been returmed) on Thursday 2.2.17 so that he could wax and buff my entire car and replace the Mercedes symbol on the rim and reorder the missing piece from the roof I will be satisfied. Steve extended the offer to make things right and I trust amd pray that he will do just that. So I looked forward to redoing this survey with more positive feedback. Customer, MAJ Carolina

I am extremely satisfied with the repair work on my Chrysler. Everything from the first phone calls regarding our accident, to dealing with Liberty Mutual covering via Art's Paint and Body, and especially my dealings with my rep, Steve, was top notch. I appreciate everything so much and will definitely recommend Art's in the future.
