I was told my car would be ready this past Thursday after having it for over a week. They moved it to Friday, then they assured me Tuesday. Then it became wed. I spoke with Nicole and I made it clear that I had limited time and prefer to pick up the car at 12. She said she would have the paperwork ready for me. I arrived and nothing was ready. They had confusion on bill and requested I pay all of it. Obviously attention to detail was a challenge. I called my insurance and Nicole to make sure they wouldn't have issues when I picked it up today Thursday. Yet again they did a piss pore job on the wash on outside. The car had smears of something and multiple dirty areas. I didn't have time for them to correct because again I was coming in between meetings. This was extremely frustrating and really nothing but sorry was done to make me feel better.

One of he sides was not even painted or buffed! The scrape from the accident was still there! I will call u and USAA tomorrow!

When we dropped the car off your staff stated the hood was foing to be replaced. the hood was going to be replaced but learned it had not when car was picked up. Also, there appears to be a dent in the fender that was not repaired properly. My son will bring the car back to the shop on Monday.

Hard to schedule appointment
Took an hour to just drop off the car. I was at the front desk and told them about my appointment she said she was going to help some other customers first. She helped other customers that arrived after me before they would help me as a result my wife was late to work
Said car was ready to go when I arrived to pick it up it was not ready and found many things wrong with the car. They had to order a part after saying it was ready to go. They said it would be two days to get part it. After two days they said the wrong part got ordered. Took another two days. When I arrived to pick it up a second time no one was at the front desk for over 5 minutes. I was the first one in line and again they helped the person behind me before helping me.

The finished work was fantastic, and I do appreciate the workmanship. I was disappointed to not have any feedback until Wednesday afternoon when my car was dropped off on Monday morning at 8:30am. I was told this was a two to three day job. Then I was told the insurance was the hold up, which turned out not to be true. If there was a miscommunication, then that is what I should have been told. I am a very understanding person. Despite the lie, why was nothing done on Mon? Also, when I called Thursday morning and left two voicemails (one for Michael Pena and Steve L.) my calls were not returned until Friday around noon. I had to leave town that morning, so it would have been helpful to have spoken to someone earlier. Thank goodness the insurance and rental car service were expedient and user friendly. It took eight full working days to replace the bumper.
