You all had to still detail my car in a couple of spots, there were more scratches that weren't there when it got dropped off. Then you all left my headlamps disconnected and had to use a lyft ride to get my wife to the hospital because she went into violent seizures. This is the second time I've took my vehicles to get repaired and both times you all have screwed up on both of them

****. The inside of my car had dirt and grim on the steering column buttons. 2. There were scratches and marks on the bumper from the shop (not my doing). 3. The tent is different on the front windows. 4. The driver side window has a scrape in it and needs to be fixed. 5. The rear driver side bumper and tire area looks like it wasn't fixed or only partially fixed. I will have to take back my car and hope the shop can fix everything by the end of the day. I think y'all have great customer car, but the repair and car care is lacking. It's frustrating.

I was told multiple times that my vehicle was ready for pickup. I would arrange to go pick up my car, and then get notification that it was not ready and the pickup date would be postponed. My car was in the shop for over a month. When my car was finally delivered to me, a mud guard was missing. When I drive my vehicle, I hear a tapping sound from the rear. For as long as my car was in the shop, I would have expected for everything to have been repaired properly. There seems to be a lack of communication between those who answer the phones and those doing the repairs.

My family has been getting our car repairs done here for the past 11 years. A year after the hair storm in San Antonio I had to wait over a year for an open appointment to get my car repaired. We took the car in and for a week I received text messages every day saying the repair work on my car was underway and that it would be ready for pick up on the 31st. A week later I received a call saying that the estimate had gone up to $5000 and USAA was taking a long time to decide if the car would be totalled or not. The person that called stated that he,"had just gotten off the phone with a USAA representative and they have another business day to decide what they want to do." I of course, called USAA myself, because it is not like them to be so unresponsive. USAA informed me that they hadn't spoken to anyone from your company since the 20th and you all had been informed that USAA wanted another adjuster to look at the car. USAA was very suprised that you all had not called me to have me pick up the car and schedule another appoitment with the adjuster. I don't appreciate that I was lied to, both through text messages (saying my car was in the process of being fixed) and on the voicemail saying you had "just spoken" to USAA. This is not the first issue my family has had under the new management, therefore we will not be using your services again. I am also disappointed that the ethics of the company have seemed to change under the new ownership. Please do not contact me to "discuss how we can make you satisfied with your overall repair experience", as I will not be back.
