The automated text messages gave different information, such as completion time. When we called to verify, we couldnt get a reply. But all in all we are very satisfied with the work done, our car looks great. Thank you.

The attention to detail that your make ready people adhered to was nothing short of remarkable. To clean the exterior down to the wheelwells and the tires was great. The overall appearance of the car when I received it was amazing. Y’all knocked it out of the park with this job. Took 48 days to complete repairs. Case supervisor was switched 3 times. No communication about problems with personnelor parts not coming in. Other side of vehicle damaged when bumper was put in. Explanation was lacking. Not satified at all. Will never use Art's again. In fact, I will be contacting my insurance company to change another claim I have to another shop.

Horrible service! The people were nice enough, but I never got a good explanation for each delay. It took WAY too long to get my car back. More than 3x the original estimated timeframe. First estimate was for about 2 weeks. Total repair time was 6.5 weeks! And the bill was outrageous!!! $7,800 to fix a few dents, replace a windshield, and touch up some paint. Unreal!! Because of that bill, my insurance rates are sure to go through the roof! I have never been so dissatisfied with a car repair experience. I will not only avoid using Art's in the future, I will be sure to tell everyone I know to avoid them as well. Absolutely horrible!!!!!

Your office manager was rude and had no answers as to why or what we were being charged for. We had issues from the start with the shop and Geico Insurance. Come to find out our insurance sent the shop payment for our vehicle and the double charged us claiming they revived no payment. We have yet to receive our money back. Horrible place, horrible service. And a manager who clearly has no management knowledge of your services or skills to be a manager. She took our issues personally and it showed with very poo customer service.

One of the panels on my SUV was noticeably left sticking out and Injad to point it out to my service advisor. After leaving I found a piece of plastic that belongs somewhere in my vehicle but was left on the floor of my passenger side if the vehicle was inspected before it was deemed ready to deliver these two things would not have been missed
