Customer service with Adam was unacceptable to say the least. After Adam left (which I was not aware of) I was not contacted about the status of my car until I called on the day I was supposed to pick it up. At that time I was told it would not be ready until after Christmas. I stayed with Art’s because of their reputation but would not return nor recommend.

(****) My cell number was incorrect in the records; I had to get it corrected twice.
(2) Jenny either did not return calls in a timely manner or I was placed on hold for a lengthy amount of time (around 10 mins or longer) to wait for Jenny to pick-up
(3) I was the one who was contacting the shop to find out the status of my repair instead of Jenny providing me with that information
(4) The length of repair time took longer than indicated by GEICO -- evidently, the hood was dinged the while putting the car back together and repairs had to begin again; two individuals quit suddenly which affected my car repairs (?)
Needless to say, while I was pleased with the repair, I was not impressed by the customer service. You cannot sacrifice one for the other.

Upon getting my car back and on my way home I noticed that there was an additional 200+ miles on my vehicle, now I know you will say that they imputed it wrong but I did write it down prior so I am not sure where my car was taken. That may explain why my date of pickup kept getting pushed back 3-4 times and the 2 ****/2 weeks it took to get it back.

my car was there for 35 days! I would call for an update and no one would call back. I would get computer generated updates that did not reflect the true progress of my cars repair. I received an update that my car was nearing completion 4 days after I picked it up. I was told my car was going to a certain department, then two weeks later it was still in the same department. I understand good work takes time. But it is important that you truthfully update your customers. If you are over booked with work, inform the customer so they can decide if they want to have the repairs done at your shop.
