My car was there for a month and a half and I was informed weekly on the status. I never once had to call to find out what was going on because my service writer Karina kept me informed weekly by phone call and text. When I did call they knew who I was and greeted me by name. Their entire staff is extremely professional, courteous and willing to help in anyway they can in the event your service writer is not available. This was the preferred body shop of choice for the other insurance paying for my damages and was very pleased overall with their recommendation.

Angelina did a great job handling the confusing claim process. Only negative I would say is the expected completion date ended up being 10 days later than I was originally told. Most of that can be justified however and I am happy with the overall result.

My car was there from November 22 to January 25th and when I got the time estimate they said it would be 12 days it’s very inconvenient and they kept telling me it would be ready then it wasn’t I’m extremely disappointed at the time it took the car looks fine but I should have taken it to another body shop
