We did not get to inspect the car as it had rain and was wet BUT I Want toThank you all for the wonderful service I received from everyone in the office. Angelina Casias was great. She kept me well informed on my car she was willing to stay after 6, as the weather was bad and I was across town at a doctors appointment. (That to me is great service) I got very good service from Mr Forster Geico adjuster he got an appointment for me right away and a rental car for me. Thank you again Mrs Casias for getting my car ready so fast. If I ever need body work on car ( hope i never do) I will come back here for my repairs. Thank you everyone.

Although I signed the agreement to authorized repairs which included the theft or missing personal property clause, i,had two gift cards stolen from my vehicle totalling $100.00 (DAW gift cards). I am an auto adjuster at USAA who up to this point use to refer our members to Arts Paint & Body until this happened. I need to protect our members and will not be referring or recommending your facility any longer. I will also advise the entire department to beware when referring our members. If you would lime.to reimburse me for this theft it would be appreciated.
