Car had a paint flaw when I went to pick it up from ProCare on 28Oct2021. Service adviser indicated they would call me to bring in the car for correction when the workload lightend up some. Today is 14Nov2021 and I haven't heard back from ProCare on a date to bring my car back in for correction to the paint job.

The repair went fine, but the shop had my car for a week and a half and when I got it back the battery was completely dead (it was only 3 years old and I’ve never had an issue with it). They apologized but didn’t offer a solution.
