I had had body work and engine work done at Thorobred in the 90's. I was so impressed back then that I returned for my service issues this time. I was not disappointed. I was treated with importance, courtesy and respect. This especially impressed me because the body repair job for my car was minimal. Had vehicles repaired there in the past, never had a problem. This time around with this vehicle my car charger went missing while it was in your shop. When I spoke with Scott he made me feel very uncomfortable, as if I was lying. He stated to me when I called " well I guess get a new charger and I'll have to pay you from our petty cash". So I did just that. When I came back to shop he never addressed me when I came in, he referred to me as "her". He told receptionist "give her money out of petty cash". The Receptionist was confused by his behavior, so Scott got the money himself and put it in my hand, still never speaking a word to me. I felt a simple apology would have been nice, but instead he handles the whole thing very poorly. Even though this is my third time using your dealership I will never bring another car there for repair.
