I was updated on the date of completion on regular basis, not left wondering when it will be done? Everyone one I encountered was very friendly and understanding. The rental car oompany was very accommodating as well:) Most importantly my daughter car looks fabulous!

I didn't care for the demeanor of the Farmer's rep at the dealer from the get go. My car was returned to me with an issue it didn't have before the accident and I was told O well.
The car doesn't feel safe, it seems some issues were overlooked. I believe it needs further inspection and repair from a dealer I trust.
