The Martin Collision team is the best around. Chaley and Aaron have always taken care of mine and my families needs. We know that once we get our vehicles to them that we have nothing further to worry about. I am a life long customer.

In the end it would appear that is so far the car is fixed. We will see in the next few days. However the communication was horrible and I kept feeling like I was getting the runaround the entire time and it took almost a month to get my car repaired. I was only called once maybe twice and that was in the very beginning after that I was the one doing all the calling I kept being told oh I was about to call you and after about the fifth time I don’t believe that also the automated text that I was getting kept saying we were on target for the service date to be complete and when service date came I called and they told me that it had been pushed back two days then ended up being another three days on top of that.

My car still had the back door weather strip sitting in the back seat when I picked my car up. The inside was not detailed. There is still chipped paint on front and I'm missing my sticker from my front windshield that allows me to dump my trash.
