I do wish I would have been notified in advance if my car wasn’t going to be ready on the scheduled date (this happened twice), rather than having to call myself to find out. The repair did take longer than anticipated but the work that was done was great and my car was so clean when I picked it up. Thank you!!

The ONLY thing I would suggest is that you inform the customer that once the car is ready, the insurance will stop paying forthe rental. My car was ready two days early, and I was notified in the afternoon, and I had to rush from work to catch you and the rental car place open. Other than that, everything was great, thank you.

The updates via text message were very much appreciated. The work looks very nice and was done quickly. All details for picking up the rental vehicle were taken care of so the while process created a pleasant experience. I understand the need to repair undriveable vehicles asap but was a bit disappointed that I was put so far down the list --many weeks. One little detail--a piece (the nameplate) was missing from my tailgate. I noticed this when I arrived home, called the office, was told it was on back order. Just wish I had been advised of this when I picked up my vehicle. Overall, however, I am very pleased with this company.
