My only question is about my front license plate. It wasn't put back on the car. Was it destroyed? Do I need a front plate?

Everyone (especially Greg) was so nice to deal with. Very prompt and professional. Greg even went the extra step to deal with my insurance company for extra damage on my car and got everything taken care of without me having to deal with any inconvenience. Being a busy working mom, that makes a huge difference. He also dealt with 2 different insurance claims, and my bike rack and I really appreciate that. The repair was perfect. Not only that, but my car was clean as a whistle when I picked it up. If I ever have body work to do on a car again, I will definitely take it to Rick **** shop. And I will highly recommend to anyone looking for a body shop!

I was extremely pleased with the work that was done on my car, but when I went to return it there was a piece of the car sitting on my front seat and the two passenger side doors wouldn't lock. It felt unprofessional to me, receiving my car in such a manner. It was disappointing, as the entire experience had been very positive up until that point.
