It was never explained to me why they kept moving the finish date out. The emails were helpful but my done date would just change with no details on why. Come to find out, additional work was done and it was coordinated with insurance but never with me (the owner). I was also not happy that the inside of my car was covered in a gray dust. I didnt appreciate having to wipe all that up afterwards. But the staff was really friendly and they were so nice.

I was told 7-10 days and it took over 4 weeks. My hood now has chips and scratches that weren’t there before. They billed my insurance for a number of repairs that weren’t done. The rocker panel is the same as when it went in to be repaired. Time and time again it was a different excuse.
