I had a great experience with Ellis County Auto Repair. From the start I got a fair quote, I was told the work would be done in 3-4 days and it was. They aren’t the cheapest but their quality of work is worth the little extra. I had a hail damage to my hood, they replaced the hood and the paint job was exactly the same as the original color. Very pleased with this company and will come back again if ever need be!

You still have my vehicle. The workmanship is incredible. However, 40 days waiting on a part is not. Finally got it and had to return my vehicle the next day for electrical issues, which is outsourced to Carlisle Chevrolet, more wait time. My suggestion is if you’re buying parts through a dealership and not direct, the customer needs to know that there might be a longer wait time. Prepare them for it. Work on customer service. You did a good job of keeping me updated on completion status, but when that changed at 54% to 2 weeks, l started calling and was told that “we’re waiting on a part.” Now I need an update on when my vehicle will be ready a second time. I have to get back with my insurance company about transportation. Let me know. Thank you. Robert M

Completely satisfied with the work done on my truck. I really like the e-mail updates. Just really wished I would have received an update or a call so I could make plans on picking up my truck. The truck was ready at 4:30 and y’all close at 5:00. Makes it a little hard to plan pickup time.
