Prior to pick up I noticed a small scratch that seemed to be overlooked but determined to be outside of the work I contracted for. The 3d rep had a technician fix it for me in a few minutes and it looked like new. Way to go above and beyond the call of duty. I will highly recommend 3D to anyone needing repair work in the future.

I was very satisfied with my experience but towards the end, the communication dwindled and my car took longer than anticipated. I had to reach out twice to find out the status of my car; whereas, the automatic texts said I would get a call if there were to be a delay and my car was expected to be done on time. Very misleading.
Very nice guys though and I appreciate they sent my car to a closer location to my work! I would recommend 3D in the future.

Love that everything was in one place the Geico claims adjuster the Enterprise Rent-A-Car and the auto body shop was all in one place the customer service was pretty good although I found it I was calling them more to keep me up-to-date and they were calling me but the car looks beautiful I am truly very happy
