It took almost two months and several weeks before my vechile was even repaired.
It shouldn't have taken that long to repair any vehicle.

I am completely satisfied with the repair/body work.
What I am not completely satisfied with is the communication on when my car would be ready. Fix Auto Ballard did a good job of keeping me informed re: when my car would be ready. However, when I took my car in for the estimate at the Metro location, I was told that the work would take between 7-10 days. My car wasn't ready for 2 weeks.
