Our experiences at Fix Auto Ballard were all positive. From the day we brought our car in for an estimate to the day we picked up our car after repair, we were really pleased with all of the services. Everyone we dealt with at the shop and on the phone was professional, the repair was efficient and accurate and it was nice to get the frequent updates through email.

It has been a very good experience, they are fast and efficient, I will definitely come back if I have another problem with my car.

One thing that I hadn't understood correctly was that I could have dropped my car and key off over the weekend. I would've needed to put the key in the mailbox. I had stopped there on Saturday and had assumed that it would be a drop box for the key, not the mailbox. Because I didn't find a slot marked for that I didn't leave the car there. It probably should have been made clearer where I would have needed to put the key. Other than that, everything turned out great and I was very happy the work was completed so quickly.

Well let me start by saying it would have been so much better for myself, you & my driver of said vehicle who has wasted his entire evening along with mine, if you just had of said it wont be ready until monday. Instead you did this, called my shop & left message for me that yes indeed vehicle would be ready for pick up at 4:30 pm. Let me add here that i run a refrigeration & appliance repair company, myself & one technician & one office guy, mondays & fridays are horrible yet i cancelled my afternoon service call for GOOD customer to accomodate pick up of said vehicle along with having my driver cut his afternoon short as well. Wait theres so much more. He arrived at 4:25 only to be told it was going to be another 20-25 minutes, which then turned out to be about 50-55 min in fact so long it was questionable whether or not rental car folks would be able to drive him back. Ok, they said yes. However front license plate couldnt be found, & guess what else was found?, a nail in the front tire that was the same tire that had to be removed for repair, a nail that wasnt there when dropped off & my driver was told to get fixed & send you the bill, we’ll come back to that in a moment. Rental car company said yes, even though its now pushing 6:30, they will accomodate. My driver gets back to vehicle, every one in shop now gone only to find dead battery which im sure had to be jumped just to get from your body shop to office yet we’ll never know for sure. So again im rerouting now my evening to go jump him so he can get home. Which now leads us to where were at now. He hits the freeway, lives in everett, has a blowout on i5 northbound, destroys tire, and remains to this very moment @ 10:54pm with vehicle waiting for god dahm roadside assistance- ****! We will have a chance to chat come monday im sure. I hope you understand the magnitude of your decision here & how this couldve been avoided. The lost wages, revenue, time & patience is beyond frustrating & ridiculas, its made for a tremendously messed up start to the weekend. Again , couldve been avoided with just a simple call stating ,”sir, were sorry for any inconvie ance but it doesnt look like itll be ready until monday”, would have worked just fine & kept everyone happy. Im so livid i cant even eat dinner & wont until my driver is off the highway. Brad R

Accommodation was made to retrieve a document when work was underway. Georgia and Nicole are on the ****. Super friendly and thorough. And my car was ready a whole 2 days earlier than expected.
