This is the second vehicle I have taken there and just like the first time they always do a very good job. Tree had fallen on the roof of my truck from the last storm we had. My truck was finish in time and did it's such a great job when I get back I'm gonna take my truck back to them and have them do the hood. I think you and everyone that works there you guys always do such a great job and get good service thank you so much.

I have brought three vehicles to Robert's within the past year and two of those times have been the worst experiences I've ever encountered. Your customer service is by far the worst I've ever seen. I turned to you because geico referred me and said it would be a simple and fast process. It started off very simple but led to issues 20 minutes before you closed on a Friday. I received messages that my vehicle was ready for pick up and also spoke with someone who stated my vehicle would be ready at 5:30. I get a call at 5 PM saying my car was ready but that it couldn't be released until Geico made payment. Geico not making a payment on time has nothing to do with me. It is your job to collect being that you have such a close relationship with them. The worst part is I called Geico who informed me that not only had you received payment but the check had already been cashed. So which one was it? Did you not receive payment or did you? Walking in I see inexperienced receptionists with snobby looks on their faces and no answers. The Geico estimator was even less help than the receptionist. The only real person looking to get right to business was Juan (I believe that's his name). Everyone else looked like they needed training.

I usually go to Gene's Autobody; this was my first time at Robert's, but by far my best experience with any autobody shop. From start to finish I received exceptional service and will definitely come back again should I need auto body repair needs.
