I was told I brought it in on low fuel when that wasn't the case. When i got the car back, the work done was great! However my car battery had died and it needed to be jumped. It was blamed on the fuel.

The staff were efficient and pleasant and communicative. They explained the plan for the repair. The enterprise rental car rep was also friendly and efficient. I really wasn't in the office very long but in that time I spoke with one staff member and filled out paperwork which was explained to me. Spoke to another staff member who looked over my car with me, made small talk and I felt she really had my best interests a priority.
I am completely satisfied and will use the services in the Ken il office again. Thank you.

Awesome job on repairing my vehicle. I have only one concern, it would be great if the vehicles are returned back to the customers with a clean windshield & windows; especially, when a customer had his/her vehicle detailed prior to dropping it off for repairs. Full details are not cheap anymore.
