I had a great experience with Gross & Son Body Shop from the front office experience to dealing with Adam, the GEICO adjustor, culminating in the finished product.
The frame of my 2003 Toyota Echo was damaged as a result of a rear end collision on 10/25/2014. At first inspection, after seeing the damage under the trunk mat and under the vehicle, Adam advised me of the possibility of having to total it because of the age of the vehicle versus its worth. He called me the next day with the good news that it could be fixed which was quite a relief as I only recently purchased the vehicle from a local used car lot and still had several payments to make on it.
I received emails as to updates on the progress the garage was making on the repairs, painting, etc. When I picked up the vehicle on Saturday (11/08) morning, I was extremely pleased with the work done, which involved replacing the back bumper, the driver side rear panel, straigtening out the once bent frame and a wonderful paint job.
Thanks to Bill **** and the team at Gross & Son for a job well done and to Adam for his upfront honesty on the possible reality of a total, which gladly turned out not to be an end factor.
